  • Flexible agitator: The 193 Classic is equipped with a versatile agitator that is ideal for producing frozen yogurt and other specialties.

  • Versatility: If you want to offer both soft ice cream and frozen yogurt, the Classic variant is the best choice.

Options for performance and hygiene

  • Cooling (air vs. water):

    • Air cooling (A): Ideal if you want to set up the machine flexibly in different locations. Heat is dissipated via the "chimney" at the rear of the machine.

    • Water cooling (W): Recommended for environments with high room temperatures or confined spaces, as the heat is dissipated more efficiently.

  • Self-pasteurization (SP):

    • The 193 PSP version (with pump and self-pasteurization) offers an automatic pasteurization system. This extends the cleaning intervals to up to 42 days, saves valuable working time and ensures the highest hygiene standards. In comparison, a machine WITHOUT pasteurization must be completely cleaned every 3 days.

When it comes to delivery, you can choose between self-collection in Straubing or from a service partner, delivery by a forwarding agent without connection or ground-level transportation with packaging disposal.

For commissioning and instruction, appointments are available at the service center in Straubing or directly at your premises - the latter, of course, only if a delivery has been selected beforehand.

With the warranty, you benefit from a 24-month material warranty as standard. Optionally, you can extend this by a further 12 months with on-site service or even 24 months with on-site service.
