Does KRÄ only ship within Germany? 

No, we ship Europe-wide within a few business days.

What if my part does not fit?

To avoid this, you are welcome to contact us in advance by phone or live chat to check compatibility with your devices. 

How long can I return parts?

Since we are a B2B store, we currently do not offer returns. Learn more in our cancellation policy.

What is the delivery time for special parts?

Since 95% of all parts are in stock, almost every delivery can be done within a week. 

How often do I have to change the seals? 

We recommend changing seals approx. every 6 months depending on wear.

What is the difference between plastic and metal knives? 

The performance and durability is significantly higher with the metal blades. Therefore, we recommend metal agitator blades to all our customers.

Which Carpilube should I use? 

Batch for ice cream - devices. 

Soft for soft ice cream machines. 

Haynes for special seals in the heating area (red).
